The most common complaint I hear from new clients is that there is so much information on health, food, diets, stress management and supplements. How does one know what advice to follow?
The reason for the mass of information is simple – we are all slightly different. What one person claims to be the perfect solution, may or may not work for you.
Even though nutritional therapy is a science based practice, I think of it as an art. Science can take us so far but then the rest comes down to our individuality. My role is to assess your unique requirements and encourage you to make choices that nourish you.
